This site began as a way for us to share our travels with family and friends, long before sharing every journey online became commonplace.
The stories and comments here are preserved much as they appeared at the time—typos, dated links and all. Together, they’re a small record of the people, places and moments that shaped our travels.
We’re no longer updating the travel blog, but we’ve kept it online for everyone who was part of it, anyone who happens upon it, and for ourselves. Some photographs originally hosted elsewhere are still being restored; where an original is missing, we’ve marked it honestly rather than inventing a replacement.
